EVO 4G LTE and HTC One X Delayed And Tied Up In Customs?…. Thank Apple

    The U.S. Customs Office is enforcing an import delay on the HTC One X and HTC EVO 4G LTE  due to alleged Apple patent infringement according to the Verge.
