Jhutson456 Presents:InsoMIUI v. 1.11.25 for HTC Glacier!
So we don’t really do the ROM thing around here as we are journalist not developers but my buddy Jhutson has HTC Glacier owners covered nonetheless with InsoMIUI v. 1.11.25 available for download HERE in our REVolutionary board. Since we don’t do ROMS or development here at the REVoltuion I have no issues letting you know this is a widely available ROM and it’s likely in your favorite forum so you can grab it elsewhere as well, namely here at InfectedROM where an HTC Glacier thread was created to welcome him... Google Maps Get Update To Version 6.0, Now Shows You Indoors!!
I remember when I was an avid blackberry user. I loved my Bold, my boring software and life was good. Then I laid eyes on a Droid Eris with Google Maps installed and Blackberry ceased to matter to me anymore. Google Maps integration has always been a big part of what makes android great. I love impressing non smartphone users with being able to show them what their back deck looks like from space with Maps. Now Google has made this impressive feature even better with an update to 6.0!... Read The Rest →

As soon as the source code for Android 4.0 ICS dropped, the first question on most people’s lips was, when will the Cyanogen build be available? Well after a few weeks it seems we have our first builds trickling out. None of these are in stable bug free form of course and should be flashed at the users risk. First up the Nexus S has an alpha build up on XDA. The ROM is actually quite usable for a daily driver according to its developer for the Nexus S,... Read The Rest →

Verizon Galaxy Nexus Ads Leak!!!
So before you get too excited the ad does not have a release date for us. It does however go a long ways towards confirming the price of the upcoming phone. Looks like Samsung’s latest superphone will set you back $199 with a new two-year activation. This is alot cheaper than Verizon’s other top-tier LTE offerings which usually run $299. While the ad looks legit this is reason to be a little suspicious. If the link on the ad is clicked it takes you to Verizon’s holiday specials, however the... Read The Rest →

Verizon Finally Set to Release Gingerbread for Droid Charge!!!
The Samsung Droid Charge has been regarded as a bit of a redheaded step child on Verizon’s Droid line. It isn’t made by Motorola and hasn’t received a whole lot of support. Owners of this phone have been limping along on Froyo for a while now. This isn’t to say that we do not already have Gingerbread, leaks have been coming out for months and many flashers already have the update on their phone. However now Verizon finally wants to make it official for everybody. This update will bring... Read The Rest →
