Indirect and Syndicate Apps Present: Nook Tablet Perm Root Method
The holidays are upon us and one of the hottest gift items out there is going to be Nooks shiny new Android Tablet. Anyone with a little Android know how will want to take it out of the box and promptly root it. XDA developer Indirect and the guys at Syndicate Apps have you covered. Any project of this size is going to need a few hands on deck and the so Indirect called on zergRUSH to create a .bat file that finishes the root process up. This IS a PERMANENT root method with instructions to Unroot it if you would like to do so both of which you will find links to below. After reading through the threads it is strongly advised you do the same doing so will insure you have no problems getting it done and gives you some additional information on the benefits of rooting that are specific to the Nook Tablet. Anyhow enough of my yapping links below and make sure you thank and show appreciation to Indirect, zergRUSH and Syndicate Apps for putting this together. Two things: One I have a feeling this thread will get popular over on XDA as we approach Christmas and Two the Nook Tablet will likely go down as one of the better supported tablets aftermarket. Consider that I chose the ideapad k1 and there is virtually zero in terms of developoment. More information can be found on Syndicate Apps and their projects at the link below.
