Japanese developer Asobimo is bringing an awesome title to the U.S. very soon. It’s called Frontier Gunners and we at AndroREV have had a chance to play the alpha version of the title.  The game immediatley puts me in the mind of Monster Hunter Freedom (which I love) except with hitech armor suits and weapons. The graphics are really good and I was stunned at the smooth gameplay and controls that Asobimo has been able to deliver. Below are some screen shots of me playing and the basic premise is to complete various missions to earn in game currency and skill points to power up your character. At a certain stage in development the gameplay begins to vary as players can select individual classes with different skill sets, weapons, and specialties. The missions are online (though one can secure a room for solo play) and supports up to 4 players. I cannot wait for a more complete version of this title and needless to say I was very impressed. The game is not currently available for download in the states though savy players can get the freemium title by unlocking the market and using a proxy.
