The best at auto-correction, and text prediction in my humble opinion, SwiftKey has introduced the beta for the 3rd iteration of their brilliant keyboard software for phones and tablets. Of course this begs the questions what is new? and How can SwiftKey possibly be any better at what it does? Well for starters SwiftKey is now attempting to eliminate the necessity for the good ole space bar. Smart Space the newest feature to SwiftKey, eliminates mis typed or omitted spaces across sentences and phrases. How? I have always put SwiftKey up there with the Ouija board because the thing is darn near psychic. No matter, it works and when this is coupled with the already brilliant text prediction technology that has been SwiftKey’s staple since it’s inception and they retain their title for best darn keyboard around.

Also my favorite part of SwiftKey is the theming and two new themes Cobalt and Holo (for ICS) responding to request from we members of the SwiftKey VIP community. UI enhancements bring a larger space bar and smart punctuation to help make punctuation on the fly a bit easier.
