Hey T-Mobile Customers, Dummy HTC One S Units Arriving, Who Is Ready For A Launch??!!

In the past few weeks much of the world has found out if and what version of HTC’s new lineup they will be receiving.  Everybody on T-Mobile knows that the HTC One S is coming, it is just a matter of it being announced.  That should be happening next week during the HTC/T-Mobile launch party but in the meantime dummy units of the phone are arriving in stores.  If anything from the past holds true, the arrival of dummy units usually precludes an official launch by about a week.  Maybe you have not been keeping up with the HTC One S, so here are some specs for you,

  • Qualcomm 1.5 GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor
  • T-Mobile HSPA+ (42 Mbps network) data support
  • Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS with HTC Sense 4
  • 4.3 inch qHD (540×960) Super AMOLED display
  • 8 megapixel camera with new HTC ImageChip
  • Front facing VGA camera
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi
  • Beats Audio available universally in the device
  • 16GB integrated storage
  • Integrated 1650 mAh battery

Those of you still worried about the processing power of the dual-core Krait chip compared to the quad-core Tegra 3 that the One X will be rocking read this.  Trust me I doubt this processor will let you down.  In the mean time it looks like next week we will know a definitive date but do not be surprised if T-Mobile is ready to roll with the sale of this awesome device!
