Sprint Loses 255 Million, Touts Subscriber Growth

Sprint’s financial numbers were not great by any stretch but they were far better than expected. The numbers include an operating loss for the quarter of 255 million with almost half of this (104 million) going into the deployment of  Network Vision. I thought I would also chime in on the LTE questions regarding Sprint that I have been receiving. Sprint is still on track to have LTE up on 12,000 cites by the end of the year with work already beginning on a quarter of them. In my opinion this can’t happen fast enough but this was reassuring news. Below is a link to Sprint’s first quarter 2012 numbers.
