Of all the makers of Android smart phones, I am sure that Samsung is not at the top of anyone’s list for keeping pace with OS updates.  They do NOT have a great track record with updating their devices.  Up untill now the Samsung Galaxy Note has been rumored to be receiving Android 4.0, there have even been unofficial leaks of the update.  However untill now, there has been no official word from Sammy.  Hell, they have not even announced that this update was happening.  But over in Europe the...
