Like I said yesterday, untill these phones are officially announced the date leaks will continue. The latest news out of the Verizon camp concerning these soon to be very popular devices is coming to us courtesy of Droid Life. In February we broke a story that HTC would be getting playstation certification here. It turns out we were right. Apple Still Trolling: Files An Additional Complaint Against HTC With The ITC
Apple Inc. has filed an enforcement action at the U.S. International Trade Commission , seeking an emergency order that would block imports of HTC’s smartphones….again. The reason is the same “data tapping” feature covered in Apple’s patent 647 which has held since the early nineties but only recently has opted ot weild against HTC smartphones and tablets.
