Just in case the S4 processor in the HTC EVO 4G LTE isn’t enough for you and you need more power Developer Art2Fly has ported coolbho3000′s over clocking module from the HTC One X. These Krait modules are now modded for EVO users and require root and a bit of adb to push to y0ur device. Detailed instructions can be found in the original post on XDA here. ADB always give you trouble? No problem Dread 7us has made the MOD into an installable apk that makes the whole process very simple. The app is fully customizeable allowing you to tweak the clock speed to your satisfaction and have it set the speed for you on each boot. The app requires root (of course) and busy box installed. There have been some reported issues with speeds sticking after reboot but using set cpu or your favorite clock speed app should fix this. Hit the Op up HERE for the apk. EVO 4G LTE development is coming a long way fast and it’s good to see some of the One X Mods getting ported over since we don’t have source from HTC yet. More to come.
