Rumor: HTC Nexus 5 Phablet With Snapdragon S4 Pro and 1080p Display?

Actual HTC Mock Ups

New information has come out in the form of a rumor being reported by GSM Arena regarding the 5′ inch HTC Phablet “Droid Incredible X” that should be hitting this fall. I have said over and over again that the 5 inch HTC device will be the next Nexus from HTC (their are supposed to be a total of 5 atleast 3 of which will likely be phones)  and IS NOT the Verizon phone that is being shown off of late. It is my hope that hearing this from another source that it makes my source to be more likely on the money here. I’m getting a bit excited because this WILL be my next phone. GSMArena is reporting that the device may be called the Google Nexus 5. This anonymous tipster also claims that the Google Nexus 5 will run on Android 4.1.2 which will bring project butter and jellybean in all it’s splendor. You read that right as will all Nexus devices it will come with a brand new version of Android and frankly I can’t wait to see the new features Google will bring along with it the 1080p display and a Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset. Though many claim this 1080p display is unlikely I’m going to say there has been a lot of information over the months regarding HTC and HD displays. This phablet has been rumored and reported by my sources for a few months and may well include an edge to edge display. Piles of salt for all of this though folks you know the routine, I just don’t think this is as unlikely as some. It will also have a 12 mp rear facing cam and a 2mp in the front.
