So this is what I have been doing with my afternoon. Playing with Cyanogen Mod 10. This is an unofficial build but I have yet to find anything that does not work and that has me pleasantly surprised. CM7 on My HP Touchpad, Thoughts and Observations.
A few months ago HP decided that they were getting out of the tablet business, very soon after putting the HP Touchpad on the market. The Touchpad has great hardware, 10″screen, 1.5GHz Dual-core processor combined with a tablet version of webOS. When the choice was made to axe the Touchpad, HP initiated a firesale of the tablet.
