In a field of crowded internet TV peripherals the Google Nexus Q stands out.  The device was announced a few weeks ago and unlike most internet TV boxes, the Q goes the more eye pleasing route of a sphere lit with a ring of 32 LEDs.  The device allows you to hook up your Android phone or tablet and stream music, rent videos and shows from the Play Store, and watch YouTube.
